About Us

Welcome to my website, I'm Laura, a mum with a passion to help clients work through life’s struggles and traumas that we are sometimes presented with while rebalancing our inner selves, allowing clients to live a happier and healthier life.

I worked for many years in the corporate world (PR and TV) with a wide range of personalities. I've always been compassionate when it comes to helping others become best versions of themselves. I decided to further my skill set and retrained as an IEMT and Reiki Practitioner, and it's been the best decision I've ever made.

I work out of my Therapy room in Frittenden or I can make home visits if needed.

I am member of the Reiki Association, IEMT Association and I'm fully insured.
